We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All products are virtual, meaning that we do not deliver any physical goods. Membership login details for The Butterfly Community will be delivered within 14 days of payment of the membership fee. Tickets to events will be delivered online via the registered e-mail within 14 days of payment of the tickets.
The Butterfly Community Ltd reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership to the The Butterfly Community.
Membership Cancellation by Participant
Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing or via email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline as set out above.
All membership access received by the members will be blocked after cancellation and no access to material will be permitted.
All refund requests must be made by the person named on membership or purchaser.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for payment.
Membership Cancellation by Organisation
If The Butterfly Community refuses a new or renewing membership, the purchaser will be offered a refund of any monies paid.
